Payment Options:

Payment can be made by check, express money order, postal money order or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express). Credit cards are not charged until the item is shipped. Personal checks will delay orders for up to 4 weeks until check clears. All transactions are quoted in U.S. funds. Foreign checks and money orders are to be paid in U.S. funds and should be made out to:

I cannot accept U.S. domestic Postal Orders as they are only negotiable in the United States and you must instead send an International Money Order.

Canadian Orders:

All Canadian residents must pay the 5% G.S.T. and all Saskatchewan residents must pay 5% provincial tax. No tax is charged on any orders from outside Canada.

Institutions:

We welcome all schools, libraries and universities and accept purchase orders.

Shipping Charges:

There is currently free shipping on all orders over US$45 U.S. for surface mail, for orders under US$45 the shipping charge is $6.50 U.S. ($8.50 for international) for the first tape and is an additional $4.00 for each tape under the US$45 ceiling. Airmail and next day options are available for in stock items but are dependent upon the total shipping weight (please have request in comments box). All shipments are sent in discreet, plain packaging.

Delivery Time:

The regular delivery time for items is usually around 6 weeks, but many items that are not in stock can take longer than this to get in. If an item is no longer available we will credit your account or refund your money. If you have not received your item outside of time period (for North American delivery) (Foreign shipments may take more than 12 weeks for surface delivery) please contact us and we will attempt to track your item. I have sent out thousands of packages in the past 5 years and have noticed that 2 identical packages sent out at the same time to the same destination can arrive weeks apart.

Registered Mail:

We are no longer able to ship by registered mail.

Foreign Shipments (Outside Canada and the United States):

The current airmail postage for one VHS tape is $12.50 and for DVD is $8.50. For parcels it is dependent upon which country you are located in as there are currently 7 different zones with differing pricing - note that not all areas have postal services that are insured. In these areas we cannot be held responsible for lost items.

Tape Quality:

The great majority of tapes are ordered directly from the supplier owning the copyright and come with full color packaging. Some other titles are in the public domain and often come without packaging and in some cases the tape quality may be below average and this is noted in the film listing when known. There is only a refund for tapes that are defective or improperly manufactured - and must be returned to us with 30 days and it will be replaced with an acceptable copy of the same title. Videos cannot be returned because you do not like a film - as that would amount to a free rental.
